How I Feel About Writing

Writing is hard, it is difficult and time-consuming. When writing you have to take time to make sure your grammar is correct, punctuations are in place and the words are spelled correctly. Then there is that timeline, making sure events are in order and the timeline is in a linear sequence is important so readers understand what is going on in the story. On the other hand, writing lets you communicate, express yourself, and recount events in your own words. It is a segway into letting others know your story and what you want to be told. It gives readers an idea of history, information and how to do things. Even though the writing is time-consuming and redundant, it is also therapeutic and a way to organize your thoughts. Writing teaches students to communicate and how they are feeling or what will help them make their writing more impactful.
